I had an appointment in February 2014. I tried to order contacts through a 3rd party site this past week (September) and they couldn't verify my prescription. I called the optometrist... apparently my previous doctor left with no notice, all records, and no forwarding address.Initially I was mortified. I was was about to leave on a trip and needed more contacts, and only a few days to deal with it. They handled this incident like pros. They worked out a solution for me that went absolutely above and beyond, and did not act the slightest bit inconvenienced. I understand people quit and sometimes do crazy things, and that does not always represent the entire company. The entire staff working now was absolutely fantastic to work with. I drive an hour to go to this specific location, and will continue to do so in the future, purely because of how professionally they handled my very frustrating sitation!
